I wanted to know if you put in game potion to resize character like SS pot or to be taller ;

Many players are looking for it, but no one fins them

SS and LL pots were only dropped through event tickets or event mobs.
So no.
They can not be obtained ingame atm.

They will be added when they will be added Atm there is more important stuff to do.

They will probably never be added as regular drop or put in GO shop.
It should be dropped only through events like it always was.
