SS and LL pots were only dropped through event tickets or event mobs.
So no.
They can not be obtained ingame atm.

They will be added when they will be added Wink Atm there is more important stuff to do.

They will probably never be added as regular drop or put in GO shop.
It should be dropped only through events like it always was.
