golden dragon mob

was in rc just a min ago and a level 130 golden dragon spawned, never seen befor, any idea what this is about? just an event mob? hit like a bloody tank tho.

also it was in soobub where 130 boss would spawn. and it also wouldnt move, forgot to hiy my ss key
