You was able to join the game? If u was not able to join: Check http://www.vg-tips.com -> "Unable to play?" tab ![]() If u already was able to load the game or have a different issue let us know :3 There are some people having multiple times "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" check latest lines of your "_bmh_err.log" inside the "_bmh" sub-folder Should try reinstall the C++ runtime packages and the DirectX :S

Check latest lines of your "_bmh_err.log" inside the "_bmh" sub-folder
"EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" many right? =S Should try reinstall the C++ runtime packages and the DirectX :S wait for admin, few people having the same issue
