What is upur problem? o.o be specific :3
You was able to join the game?

If u was not able to join:
Check http://www.vg-tips.com -> "Unable to play?" tab Tongue

If u already was able to load the game or have a different issue let us know :3
There are some people having multiple times "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION"
check latest lines of your "_bmh_err.log" inside the "_bmh" sub-folder

Should try reinstall the C++ runtime packages and the DirectX :S
