Tweak the system chat ( +Fame / -Combo)

Mean display the received Fame

and hide the combo messages lol useless
so u can see the another info longer lol drops/exp

well there is a possibility of adjusting the general Chat GUI with various tabs so its possible to toggle on/off whatever individual mechanisms u wanna see or dont wanna see, by for instance adding a loot, xp, coin, system tab/toggle button, that would take some work from multiple sources i guess.
