redundant user

While playing i was disconnected.When i want to play again,after writing my ID,error message:username in use,redundant user.
No another window in use,and open of BMH.
Even after 5 min,i can't reconnect.

if you experience redundant user error, you should give it 5-10mins and then retry logging back in game, redundant user usually means that your character hasnt entirely disconnected/removed from the game, eventhough your connection broke to the server, be patient and try again after a while, and if your problem occurs then update this post or post your log file in bug tracker.
