Evil vs. Lawful

Hey guys,

Just curious how I choose to be Evil or Lawful, I found the quest but it is only level 35(?) I am level 36 so it wont let me take the quest. Is there another way?

The actual quests are in the cave rest spots for lvl 36+
Lawful = Deep cave
Evil = Nature cave
