Make perm/temp Kiji Weapon Lv1 & no reqs

As the title say, well specially about the stats :
to make it match with the Kiji Clothes ^^

there actually exists 2 kiji wpns for lvl 1, however they doesnt use the names of "kijinobi" whatever its called, 1 of them is Fire Wooden Sword which has the power of 47+5 weapons, i dont recall the other's name.

well as far as i can tell none of them required anything, not even classes, it was a universal weapon.
