lol its not hacks its modding which any1 can do with ease, all it requires is the original textures and a replacement or editing tool, these mods only change visual graphics on fx. items, monsters, npcs nothing more.
They dont change stats of any kinds.

You can eventually see an example of it in Screenshot & Gloryphoto topic.
