I think some items could use better translation and some changes that should be made and changes to be considered or thrown out. I follow Github on this project, many of the changes in which I have listed here are easily performed, while a few others require some more backend development. I have taken into consideration that the sql databases may be stored on a drive that may be limited on storage capacity, however the increase in sql changes are simply minor megabytes.

Teleport scrolls' names should match location and translation such as Saku Village scroll, teleports you to the fighters inn.
Chuk amulet NPC teleport locations need to be rechecked. One of the locations is mislabeled and directs you to the wrong G.V mine, rather h.mine.
****************************USER INTERFACE THINGS TO CHANGE************************
(This will require some more backend development and client patching)
1.When mining, herbing, etc. other user interface(u.i) functions should be enabled and allowed to move
2.Slot machine mining, herbing, etc. Asian picture(s) symbol(s) to be replaced with English
3.Change image icons of vending window, friends, guild, etc..
******************************NPC CLEAN UP AND CHANGES*****************************
1.Add VP NPC, with relevant vendor points equipment situated around VP NPC
2.Add options to VP NPC with rewards system
3.Delete all non essential npcs (there are several npc's that have no purpose other than to fill the game)
4.Remove all weapon and armor npcs, placing them in towns only with full access to weapons and armor of all levels until armor, weapons and accessories must be crafted
***************************CRAFTING SYSTEM CHANGES*********************************
1.Reduce quantity of items required to craft clothing (40 sheets of cloth to make a pair of shoes?)
2.More realistic crafting requirements

1.Updating character models, higher polygon count, better resolutions
2.Extending character visual range
*******************************MAJOR DIRECTIONAL CHANGES***************************
1.Purchased mounts from broker 30 day timer and permanent options for level 52-100 horses, not including other mounts
2.Add male and female versions for all classes
3.Removal of level requirements for all items, rather a stat requirement only required
4.Change from 32 bit to 64 bit application for optimal ram and video usage
5.30 day buff duration pots
6.Make all area's accessible, if the max level is 166 then we should be able to access mobs that provide EXP required to level without paying to level past 142 on Fixed M.
The RC ticket, LS, Etc.. prevent you from accessing the higher levels without paying to access them making this not really f2p but pay to play.
7.Increasing max party level allowance between players, from 5 or 10 level difference in a party to 10 or 20 levels difference

1.When being hit, regular and skill attacks that do not inflict status effects will not interrupt the player from moving freely
***********************************STUDENT/MASTER SYSTEM***************************
NOTE: Currently the student/master system isn't being used at all, i've asked to be a student to gain exp, however lack of player base prevents interest for players to even use the system.
1.When training provide 2% of experience per level ->increase to 5%
2.Star bonus training reward to automatically increase 5% of experience per level ->increase to 10%
3.While in a party with student/master, increase all stats by 5% similar to brotherhood party fighting
**************************************GUILD SYSTEM*********************************
1.Fame requirement decreased to 1
2.Level requirement decreased to 1
#NOTE Yes I am aware you can't even earn the fame until level 36

1.Set boss spawn timers to every 3 hours beginning at 12am,3,6,9,12pm,3,6,9
*************************************TITLE AND FAME SYSTEM*************************
1.Increase fame gain for levels 36 to 84
2.Change some names, titles
3.Change requirements

1.Increase experience gain rates from farming mats
2.Shorten farming timer required to get mats
3.Increase probability of drop rate by 1% on higher quality mats
4.Bring back higher quality pickaxe, sickle, etc. (such provides better farming rate for materials)
***************************************CHARACTER CREATION**************************
1.Male and female for all classes
2.All faces unlocked
3.Character name length extension
******************************************VENDING**********************************
1.Change colour of vend shop text from violet/pink/purple to a more "stand out-ish" colour, perhaps lime green?
2.Enable other ui windows to be accessible while vending
*******************************************STORAGE*********************************
1.Extended 2 tabs for storage (also available with storage ticket) These were available on original MH via quad cargo and MH Shop
2.Increase stack size from 100 cotton, ore, etc.. from 100 to 200 conserving space
Side note: reuploading the vfs tools and other tools would be handy for others whom do not have them and are interested in contributing to the project, the current links in the forums are outdated and non-working.
