A serious problem with the game

Hello, I have a big problem, in the sense that if someone gives me pt it automatically pops up a message ( there is a problem with the application do.exe and needs to close ) and throws me out of the game.The same message pops up when I'm on bf and how to attack moob, I also have the same problem as I shop exposed longer than 30 min and how to talk with someone longer to whisper.I do not know what the problem is, I have windows XP system.
