There are mobs till lvl 160 in RC/MC (Pachun) which means you can level up to max level available there.

It's too much work at the moment and probably isn't something that is on priority list to do.
Don't expect it to be added in OBT.

I would have to agree on both sides on this one. One of the big problems of the Original MH is when they basically shut all GO items down from trading to non GO players. However there still has to be a limitation to which items are trade able. Should SZ be one of those area that should be kept away from Non GO players, maybe... maybe not. There has to be some sort of edge over non donators for the people donating. in the defense of the ones donating the edge they get by being able to donate is a little bit quicker lvling then the non donators, but at the same time in the defense of the non donators some of them do not have the funds or way to be able to donate. So they in turn work their asses off in game to scrounge what gold they can to be able to purchase these items. When it comes down to it though, and correct me if i am wrong, but there were events that were held on the old servers that gave you tickets and chances to get into these areas. Now i know that that isnt the way it is right now because this game is a work in progress to make it the best it can be with tweeks here and there to make it better for the entire community. My biggest problem is that if you are just going to bitch about it when the Devs are doing everything they can to make this game a success and the best it can be then i think you should just stop crying about it and appreciate the fact that the Devs are making this incredible game available for all of us to play. it takes time to get better. Discussions are productive but only if you bring it up in the right way. crying about things is not going to make anyone want to help you out at all.
