But you can make +7 with regular ups easily. And those are really cheap and extremely common during the event.

why we debate this here? if the man sells with 500g a +7 set .. then who we are to argue?
I have seen in vv ppl selling ups with 5-6g ea.. for a +7 item you need like 10 ups.. so 5g x 10 ups = 50g x 10 items = 500g.. simple.
+7 it's pretty easy to make; specially with so many ups from snowman.. and from there tickets.. (I just hate when a tk drops an up)

that's why I hold a +9 set until the event is over.
