Casino bet void

When playing Tiger & Dragons, your bet used to be void when it's ends up being a draw.
So if i bet 50g on tiger and the dices roll a draw. I used to receive my stake back (50g in this case), now you'll lose the 50g.

that would tip the odds in the players favor. Casino would award more gold then take and that would be harmful
