If you dont wanna level up it makes sense to think about factions , I'd always recommend a noob AOE for farming. If you insist on going on P2 then I guess Lawful Plum would suit you the best , but then again I'd advice you to go Rod for the best AOE
Currently I have aoe wheel and I switch from rod at lvl 80, primarily because I wanted to make damage to 155 mobs using PVP skills. But at level 108 I changed it to aoe because wheel has fairly good distance (I am not sure if rod has the same) and has healing skill, that saves you from getting killed way too often. Plums have very good support skills as well, though their aoe sklills are weaker.
