You get this quest from Master <YOUR CLASS> in Valley Village
Reward: !!! Ability to learn skills !!!

2. Reset skill pot (lvl 36-?)
You get it from important looking guy in Ochun Castle
Reward: Potion to reset skills from lvl 12-80

3. Banno Potion (81-83)
You get it from the same guys from 2. quest
Reward: Potion to reset skills from 81-160

4. Jun Pot (90-97)
Governor behind buildings in tibet fighters inn
Reward: Potion to reset stats

5. Dragon quest (144-145)
Not sure where you get it, but I think its somewhere in dl.
Reward: 1 Million fame

Rest are not so important.
