Do exe not responding

Hi, I tried everything still BMH not workin...I tried run as administrator,tried win 7 etc etc...I got every NET framework versions include C++ and I am windows 10 pro user with gaming monster PC 1 year old. As I said when I click on BMH icon there is small patch window is opening and starting check for updates for patch then closing after all..Then... Nothing happenning...
Some1 please help how can I solve this issue?
