Don't See Rain Effect

Hi,

So I've never seen the rain effect but my brother sees it in-game.

Someone told me to add EFFECT=1 or EFFECTS=1 to a file, but I don't know which file.

that's simple, your brother have the rain 2x exp turned on, you still have it turned off.

check txt files in your game folder
