Hello.
First connection since 1 month and all my characters have disappeared.

You should've had your eye on the news , the server did undergo a wipeout.
OBT characters/items/etc have been removed . As for the donated MHP - GM's refunded them
That means we've had a fresh start

if you got them on game from other players.. then you lost them.
if you got them from donations.. ask GMs and stuff members..
it was OBT, that mean that the game was not released only in testing phase.

in other words.. what yo ugot in OBT is lost in the official release.. the games starts fresh.

Thats not considered to be refunded , only donated GO counts
