Ok, it's done... not perfect but gives needed info and details. I hope I got all correct but feel free to tell if something is not right.
If everything goes correct, following attachment should have excel-file called Updated quest guide. Have fun and enjoy!
Oh... and thanks Jinxy for info about quest item details.
EDIT: Old guide link seems to be broken too, I try to make another attachment here for old guide also, that's also in excel-format.
