In ochun castle, you go up of the stairs behind you at the tp, the man on your left, he gets 2 quest if I remember :/
1 lvl 36-39 ?
1 lvl 80-84 ?
If you don't find him, pm m in game at those characters

Quest require job quest done eh (Lv12 one)
Skill Reset Potion (Lv12-80) at OC, quest Lv36-38
Skill Reset Potion (Lv81+) at OC, quest Lv81-83
Skill Reset Potion (Lv81+) at DL, quest Lv110-112
There is also Stat Reset Potion at Fighter's inn, quest Lv90-97
