Like the title say xD there is any solution to be able to get Lv12+ skills if u r Llv36+? =X
The quest in Valley Village is lv12~35 :S .... any solution? lol help guys =s

As it's mentioned it's available from 12 to 35 only so if the character is above 35 you can't possibly take a quest

It's possible to get de-level'ed temporally to get that Lv12 quest =)

Please do not rely on administrators to fix this problem. I've only done it because it's so early into OBT and players need to get used to Pandora again.
In the future, you'll just have to remake your character.
