PVP - Castiel - 09-16-2015 A place where PvP and PK are not permitted. A place except battle zone and safety zone. In neutral zone when ever you PK the Semi Kao and Kao, that you will not get restricted. (You get restricted when PK general character.) A place where Lawful faction/ Evil faction/ Mado are possible. You can PvP to all the characters. Only when you attack the same inclinable character that you will get restricted by PK. If your character acts PK and because of this become Semi kao or Kao, to come back to the general character you must go through training which means to act in attendance. If your character acts PK and because of this became semi kao or Kao, to come back to the general character you must go through this entire act In order to come back to general character. The number of time Semi Kao and Kao must go through in order to come back as general character. A character which does not belong to Semi-kao or Kao and the karma number is '0'. A character with karma who attempted to PK a character at least once. In this situation if you kill the attacked character you become Kao. (Pretended action: You first attack a character but may not kill the character) A character with 2 Karma or more. A character which has PK at least 1 character. A character which is Kao, the name changes into red color. Penance means you can not attack even though you are being attacked by others. You can not PK or PVP in safety zone. Neutral tended character can not receive nor act PVP. [Neutral tended character]: It means a character under level 36 didn't choose Lawful/Evil faction or hasn't finished Lawful/Evil faction quest. In neutral zone if a general character is attacked by Semi kao or Kao, the message Self defense completed comes out. In battle zone if a character is attacked by the similar type Semi kao or Kao Self defense completed  comes out. Kao gets restricted according to the karma rate step by step and the restricted level is accumulated even the next level.     Others do not know that your character is Kao. If a Kao PK the general character the Attendance time comes back. Kao can't create or join a guild. If a Kao already joined a guild, the Kao character will be restricted use of guild function except leaving the     guild. Kao can not open or join Guild and if you are in it except guild secede you are restricted from using Guild function. In neutral zone it is self defense for general character to attack Kao or Semi kao. In neutral zone it is self defense for Kao or Semi kao to attack other Kao or Semi kao. In neutral zone it is restricted for Kao or Semi kao to attack general character and will get restricted according to PK. Death because of PK in the neutral zone will not lead to experience rate decline or item loss. In neutral zone due to PK result, fame rate may be increased or decreased. In battle zone if Lawful attacks Evil character, it is self defense. In battle zone if Evil character attacks Lawful character, it is self defense. In battle zone if Lawful character attacks Lawful character, it is illegal and will get restricted according to PK.     (Evil Character attacking Evil character is also illegal) Death because of PK in the battle zone will not lead to experience rate decline or item loss. According to the PVP in the battle zone result the fame rate may rise or decline. In battle zone if Lawful character attacks Lawful character, it is illegal and will get restricted according to PK. You kill Kao your karma becomes '0'. According to the PVP in the battle zone result the fame rate may rise or decline. If your karma is over 2 level, you can perform attendance through 'Jeongseon' and sacrifice fame to decrease karma. You can train attendance quest and decline karma. If you kill a monster 1 level higher than you as much as attendance time, karma declines 1. In region distinction map 'region name color' is the coordinates and region name which indicates the color shown in the mini map.
