I can't learn sub-skill lvl 84 for monk. It shows "cannot learn skill that are 2 levels higher/lower. I have skill points and 84 lvl to do that, so whats the problem?

omg It was not written in sub skill lvl 84 that need previous sub skill. R*pe without soap
