Confession of a Karma player
#1
Hi everyone. Seeing as this is General discussion i will vent my thought I have. I've been playing Karma since 2005, MH is my first mmo game and the best I've ever played. not just due to the community, but also due to the rich content of the game. And also not due to the rich content of the game, but the community as well. The way I see it, BMH is missing the hundreds of players old MH used to have. I'd really not like it if I played MH again and the community isn't there, then i reach lvl 100+ and have gotten tired of the game; missing out on the complete experience. I don't like questing and not running into players, I don't like going to OC and it's empty like a graveyard. I've gotten this off my chest, this is not a rant or something, just the way I feel.

someone needs to advertize this game so it can live up to its reputation!

Don't think so, new people will come and quit,
so many ppl did quit coz the bug abuses, inflation, several nerfed rates,
impossible 12bf (always full & only 4 times), so for people only worth bot.

maybe if they do a restart LATER lol that need strategy at a BIG re-launch
mean when a BIG change is done (mean like a BMH 2.0) hope Igor find a pupil to help out xD
then add NEW videos+site(amazing complete portal since there is not official english one)
then big advertising campaign, all made at once. But that need someone focused in that.

Im also frustrated that the community gets less populated day by day.

I think that the game was not ready for a wipe and get online for the real stage.
There has been a few bugs, which sadly has been exploited from the community since the human being is a greedy one. We are also a factor, especially who played on the closed beta version. Most of them, including me, stopped playing when we hit 144 or higher, which means there has been no information for the team. Though I ve to defend my self that I have reported a lot of bugs, and a few of them, especially the upgrade rate, has not been changed or changed to little  in the very beginning of the game. It was on of the factors that destroyed the economic systems.

Drastic changes like the star rate decrease since the realease of SZ and changes to BF12 (times and amount of times) are major factors.

Right now you have to agree that the game sadly slowly gets less populated.

When I started there ve been 120 people - right now its maximum 70.

Im also unmotivated to play right now since people start to hit 144 already. After like three months?

I wish there would be a possibility like a wipe. But I guess thats not possible anymore, since people invested tons of time in the game already.

Edit: I also start to be pissed since GreedyJew just locked my topic concerning star rate. I give constructive critism and and lots of peeps agreed with me. He actually blamed us that our community exploited bugs like casino, yet he just stated that I ve to blame my self for not exploiting the high star rate from the beginning. "To answer your statement that some players made profit out of high rate system; why didn't you also make use of it?
There is a statement in my country, I don't know the english equivalent if there is one but here it is : " "Who gets there first, gets the girl." "
We are the community - we are the people who actually play the game and invest time into it. Undemocratic parts like closing an actual topic due to "spam" giving me a reason to not support the game anymore with my man power. This starts to be like the Rzaah server - though we didnt reach the element of editing and banning people that mention their honest opinions.

You guy just can't face the fact that MH died 7 years ago , no matter how hard the community tries - it'll never be the same.
No matter how hard we try to advertise this game nobody will give a shit simply because its too old , meaning , that you shouldn't expect new players.
As for the old ones - they tried - they played - they left , the ones who really care - are still in the business.

I get your intentions and all , but thats impossible , at least with this game

Exactly with that attitude , you guys wanna convince yourselves that this game is exactly the same as before , but the answer is NO , its a totally different game
You just can't expect everything to be the same for a reason , cant have admins do w/e you want , can't jump in with your ideas as if only you knew the situation.

Here's a reality and you reject it , the game hardly even exists and you demand more and more

Who's demanding anything? These guys are simply stating opinions that they think would help bring more fun to a game that relies on parties and people to grow, if you want to get more then .01-.03 exp per kill at level 60 lol. Sure we'd like to see more players, but I just wanna play mh.

Not these guys , MH was playable on KR and on other Fun servers that exist even now but the player base wanted a competetive experience , now that the core of players are gone - they started demanding things .

The question is, why did so many players leave?

The game was no more full of fun , gettings things were easy and that low level of competition lead to the massive decrease in player base

In 2 days people had full kiji C's , most probably the drop rates have been adjusted.

Kudos to Shockwave. He is one of the few people that can see the big picture.

Of course he is.
He was here before this project looked anywhere near anything playable.
Got questions? Need to talk to BMH staff?
There is always someone online on:
